Research Associate - International Group
We are looking for candidates with international experience and strong language skills in French and German, to grow the international research group based out of the Cleveland, OH headquarters. Ideal candidates have near-native fluency in spoken French and/or German, as well as written and spoken fluency in English. The job duties of this position include developing industry contacts, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with experts in the field. Targets will be established for daily call volumes to meet benchmarks in gaining new contacts in multiple industry channels. The positions will require extensive interaction with industry contacts on a regular basis. Duties will also include aggregating market research data and writing notes and reports for scheduled surveys and occasional channel check research. Candidates will also provide comparative financial analysis when data allows, preliminary company valuation, and develop strategic orientation when needed.

Senior Equity Analyst
We are looking for established Senior Equity Analysts, with 3-5 years sell-side experience who feel they are ready to assume responsibility for their own coverage. In addition, we are willing to talk with individuals possessing extensive work experience within a given industry and meeting the qualifications list presented below.
The Analyst will be responsible for:
- All aspects of fundamental research within their sector group of approximately 15 names
- Creating and maintaining financial and sector models
- Maintaining an investment thesis on each company under coverage
- Actively monitoring coverage companies and communicating change in a timely manner
- Generating proactive investment ideas within this coverage group
- Publishing morning notes and more detailed company reports on a regular basis
- Maintaining professional relationships with coverage company management teams and, from time to time, facilitating meetings between management teams and institutional investors
In addition, we are willing to talk with individuals possessing extensive work experience within a given industry and meeting the qualifications list presented below.
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills

Junior Equity Analyst
The successful candidate for Junior Equity Analyst will establish and maintain relationships with industry contacts, conduct market research and evaluate trends, participate in conference calls, analyst conferences, and industry seminars, speak with senior management of companies under coverage and create/maintain financial models. The ideal candidate will have an MBA from a recognized business school. A background in investment research and a CFA designation are preferable but not a necessity. The candidate must be highly driven to succeed, yet capable of contributing within a team environment to the success of his/her peers. A keen interest in the stock market is a prerequisite. The Junior Analyst position is designed to prepare the individual for a Senior Analyst position with full coverage responsibilities within a period of two to three years. Compensation consists of (i) a base + bonus arrangement typical of the position and competitive with current Wall Street levels, and (ii) a generous benefits package. No phone calls please.
